An entire property at your disposal
We always rent out the entire property so that you can enjoy maximum privacy and flexibility, from Saturday to Saturday. You rent the house with its 4 double rooms and the olive lodge with a further 7 beds - and use everything as you wish. During the test operation in 2024, you will benefit from the following attractive introductory conditions:

High season (June to September): Euro 8'500.- per week
Mid season (October and April/May, pool weather dependent): Euro 7'500.- per week
Low season (November to March, pool closed): Euro 6'500.- per week
All prices plus IVA (VAT)
Preise ab 2025: Hauptsaison 9'800.- / Zwischensaison 8'800.- / Nebensaison 7'800.-​​

You rent always an entire week from Saturday to Saturday. You can arrive from 3 p.m. and depart no later than 10 a.m. The rental price includes all linen and cleaning after your stay. If you stay two or more weeks, the house will be cleaned and the linen changed end of every week. If you only stay for one week, the bathroom linen will be changed once (if required). Additional cleaning and services on request and for a separate charge.
When you arrive, you will meet our on-site support staff in the village and drive to the property together. Our "good soul" will look after you and will be available during your stay to answer questions and provide minor assistance, such as restaurant reservations or advice on excursions. Additional support would then be charged on specific request. Please note that the journey to La Piana is via dirt roads and gravel roads. Four-wheel drive vehicles and slightly higher SUVs are clearly preferable (car rental stations are located in Follonica or Grosseto if required).
